Frequently asked questions
Why is multi-image better than single-image?
From one photo the AI must guess the hidden back side. Multiple viewpoints provide real information, so back and side geometry and textures come out significantly more accurate — ideal when faithfulness to the real object matters.
How should I shoot the photos?
Take 2-4 shots of the same object under the same lighting: front, sides and back. Keep the object centered, the background clean, and fingers out of frame.
How many photos are ideal?
3-4 covering the main angles is plenty. Photo count does not change the price — billing is per generation.
Which export formats are supported?
GLB, FBX, OBJ, USDZ and STL — all five download from a single generation.
Do I get a refund if it fails?
Yes. Failed or timed-out tasks are refunded in full automatically.
